Cecil S. Bidlack was born July 2, 1903. He attended Ohio State University, which he graduated from in 1925. In 1928, he worked as an Assistant Announcer and Operator for WEAO radio station at Ohio State University. Bidlack worked as the Television Engineer for the National Association of Educational Broadcasters from at least 1955 to 1958.
